Omni Basement Systems is the leader in the Basement Waterproofing industry serving Southern Ontario.

We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Call Centre Professional. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, written correspondence and other general office duties. Seeking an individual with computer/multi-line phone experience and excellent communication skills. Competitive wage & benefits.

* High volume call centre experience a must
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet search skills essential.
* Must possess a high school diploma.
* General knowledge of geography an asset (Ontario)
